There are many great ways to study:-
1. Place to study - The work of reading should always be done on the chair and table.
Reading sitting on the bed or on the ground does not make the right distance between the eyes and the book.
On the bed, this distance is reduced and the eyes on the book also fall slanting due to which the risk of weakening of the eyes of the children remains.
The reading speed also decreases.
Reading while sitting on the ground increases the distance or you have to read.
while sitting, which can cause back pain and spinal problems.
On the other hand, reading can be done on the chair- table for a long time while, sitting or lying on the bed or sofa, their child gets tired quickly. It is good for children to have a chair table according to their size.
2. Method of Writing - Writing work on the chair-table improves handwriting.
on the other hand, writing while sitting on the bed spoils the article.
3. Provision of light - Always use a while small tube table lamp on the table.
Keep the lamp on the left side of the table so that the full light will be available while reading.
4. How long to read continuously - Anyone reading continuously for more than forty minutes starts to feel bloated.
The reason is that the cells of the brain (neurons) are initially very active for forty minutes, then they become inactive which leads to feeling tired and the speed of learning starts decreasing.
After forty minutes, giving a break of 15 or 20 minutes the mind becomes fresh again.
By adopting this method, children can read for many hours without getting bored.
